The Problem

Retail software is built by people who've never worked a Saturday shift.

What Storely-hr does

One platform that covers the whole store day — not just the easy parts.

Weekly Rota

Set contracted hours, build the week's rota, track unpaid breaks, and see the last four weeks of shifts by day — for every colleague, in one view.

Stock Intelligence

Import your weekly sales export and get reorder alerts, overstock flags, and a next-week demand forecast per product — updated before your next delivery order goes in.

Team Performance

Weekly performance by person as trend lines, bars, or stacked contribution charts. Each team member sees their own numbers — no one else's. The privacy rule lives in the database, not just the interface.

Short-Dated Stock

Record short-dated stock, log which bays have been checked and which month's dates were looked at, so the next checker picks up from exactly the right place.

Holidays & Availability

Colleagues submit holiday and availability requests in the app. The manager approves with the exact hours — a 4-hour birthday afternoon, not always a full day — and every decision is logged.

Dashboard & Alerts

Month-to-date sales vs target, weekly pace, today's average transaction — with a live alerts bell that flags reorder lines and expiring stock before anything gets missed.

An Operations & Data manager who got tired of
working around bad tools.

I'm Deepanshu. I manage a store, I hold an MSc in Business Analytics, and I built Storely-hr for the same reason most useful software gets made — because I needed it and nothing else did the job.

The rota screen came from building the week's shifts in Excel every Sunday. The stock forecasting came from guessing order quantities and getting it wrong. The performance module came from a conversation with my team about what they actually wanted to know about their numbers. Nothing in here was designed in a meeting room.

The app runs on React, Supabase, and Python — with a forecasting engine built on Holt's exponential smoothing — from database schema to shop floor conversation — is actually useful.

Every business runs
its own numbers.
The platform fits around them.

A café watches covers and average spend. A boutique watches units per transaction and seasonal turnover. A health food store watches short-dated stock and reorder cover. The same dashboard shouldn't pretend to serve all of them with the same numbers.

Storely-hr has a consistent core — rota, takings, performance, alerts — and flexible everything else. The KPIs, stock rules, and dashboards are configured around what your business actually needs to watch.

Sales & stock
